Hearing for Application for a New Premises Licence: 127 Outram Street, Sutton in Ashfield Additional documents:
Minutes: The Licensing Team Leader advised the Sub Committee that late on Friday afternoon (16th August, 2019), the Applicant had agreed to accept the additional Police condition as follows:-
“The supply of alcohol shall be restricted to those placing an order for food, either by telephone or in person at the premises. The value of the food will be in excess of £5.”
As a result of acceptance of the condition, neither the Applicant or the Police Representative were in attendance at the meeting. Members were asked if they wished to continue with the hearing in their absence or endorse the course of action taken by the Applicant.
RESOLVED that the Applicant’s acceptance of the additional Police condition, as outlined in the agenda, be noted and formally endorsed. |
